In an era of America where we are in a healthcare crisis, it’s becoming increasingly apparent that accessibility to healthcare in general, but especially mental health is severely lacking. Part of my mission here at ShadowFox Wellness is finding and providing accessible and affordable resources for my followers.

As I gear up for the inevitably intense shift of going from summer break to medical school, I want to reveal a new feature of my website intended to keep me more connected to you folks! It’s called ASK LOMO! And yes, it’s exactly how it sounds. Ask me anything, and I will feature the response on my blog!
