I am so excited to be getting my website live and functionally ready for service!

In addition to running this business, I am going to be offering my thoughts on a myriad of wellness topics here for you to read for free on my blog!

The objective is to give you a window into my mind and thought processes so you can better get to know me and my methods. Although credentials and education are of paramount importance when selecting a wellness consultant, they do not paint a holistic picture of who I am as a human behind the business.

Although my name is Lauren, you may have noticed that I have chosen my blogger name on here to be LoMo, the nickname that my closest friends have been calling me since I was 15 years old. When it comes to health and wellness, I believe it is essential for the healer and client to form a deep connection. I hope to break down the barriers of judgment and awkwardness by sharing all of myself on this blog. You can call me Lauren if you want, or if it helps you form a connection with me, call me Lomo!

I enjoy blending empirical evidence from scientific journals with my own anecdotal evidence through personal and professional experience in the health realms to formulate my opinions based on a balance of both evidence and relatability.

I am excited for you all to bear witness to this journey with me into Wellness Consulting and hope you choose to participate in whatever of my offerings speaks most to you.
